How long does a transformation take?
It depends on scope. A 5W Discovery typically takes 2–4 weeks. Our founder has delivered SAP implementation and adoption in under six months, and an end-to-end manufacturing transformation in under four. Your roadmap will include a realistic timeline before any larger commitment.
What does it cost?
Every engagement is scoped to your needs, so we share costs after the discovery call. The 5W Discovery has a fixed scope and price, so you know exactly what you’re paying for before you start.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Both. We’re based in Mumbai and work with clients across India and internationally. Workshops and plant visits can be on-site, and most other work happens remotely.
Do you sell software or earn commissions from vendors?
No. Our technology advice is vendor-neutral. We recommend what fits your needs and budget and help you negotiate with the vendor you choose.
What do you need from our team?
A sponsor from leadership, access to the people who do the work today and a few hours of their time during discovery. We plan around your operations so the business keeps running.
